Nestled amidst breathtaking nature, this delightful homestay had me feeling like a character straight out of a fairytale. From the moment I stepped into my charming twin room, adorned with a patio and equipped with a toaster and electric kettle, I knew I was in for a treat. The picturesque garden outside was perfect for unwinding, while the complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered like a royal. But the cherry on top? The warm hospitality of the hosts who made me feel right at home.

The apartment was comfortable just next door to restaurants and gastro pubs on the Main Street in Schull and the town centre, that's what we were expecting. No reason to complain, did not want to leave.

The room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable mattress. the spacious bathroom had a fantastic shower, and we loved the large patio area outside with a nice rattan set and fire pit. It was the perfect spot to enjoy some wine, Guinness, and marshmallows by the fire. the location was great, with a couple of great pubs and a well-stocked Centra just a short walk away. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a great value stay.

Enjoyed cycling nearby, especially when I got lost and had to ask a cow for directions. Kerry Airport is conveniently close, in case you need to catch a flight with a herd of cows.

Free WiFi was great, except when it made me realize how much I rely on social media for entertainment. #BoredWithoutInternet

the rooms at the hotel were spacious and the beds were super comfy. the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and had fantastic showers. We also loved the outdoor area with the large patio and fire pit, perfect for relaxing with some wine. the location was great, with local walks and town center within easy walking distance.

There were some issues with the TV during the night, but it didn't really bother us.

We had a lovely stay at Elm Grove. The house was beautiful and tastefully done. The room had chargers, hairdryer, and straightener, and there were plenty of towels. The bathroom, though across the hall, was great with a luxury rain shower. The location was perfect, close to town, with off-road parking. The hosts were welcoming and communication was excellent. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

our longer stay at schull was even better this time. elm grove was a gem - beautiful room, tasteful decor, and thoughtful extras like chargers and hairdryer. the bathroom was luxurious and had fluffy towels. perfect location, close to town. highly recommend!
